Why Kickboxing?
   All aerobic workouts are not created equal. Although many forms of aerobic exercise will, over time, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and help you burn fat, cardio kickboxing develops the physical and mental coordination and strength that skyrockets this process and your success.

   Cardio Kickboxing classes are an opportunity for people to interact as they challenge themselves both physically and mentally in a high-energy environment that rocks. Sweating has never been so much fun!.

   Cardio kickboxing is also a great way to develop the mind/body connection that is crucial to creating long lasting change. People often complain that, although they have been walking on a treadmill for years, they haven’t seen the results they were hoping for. What we have discovered is that during 40 minutes of treadmill exercise most people have been watching the news or reading paper. They expect to send their mind elsewhere while their body works out. Not so! Research has shown that action follows thought; wherever you focus your thoughts, your body will follow. If your mind is elsewhere then your body is not receiving clear messages about what is required of it. Cardio Kickboxing engages your mind, increases your ability to focus, and propels your body forward so that it can achieve its greatest potential.
